Not happy at all. Worse courier company

I am very upset my parcel was not delivered I have used y'all multiple times but I am very upset and I would like to know where my parcel is there were valuables in there it is now a week later.?

Very happy with service. Parcel received within 24 hours from Pretoria to Kirkwood at my doorstep

Very poor service. My parcel say it was delivered but it did no reach me. Very rude consultant

From pretoria to Limpopo. 7th july. Till today. What is your problem.i regret. You have mo regard for clients. your phone takes more time to be answered.what is wrong with u.

It's a worse courier service

I sent my parcel to Stanger on 01/08/2020 up to now it has not been delivered.

Dropped parcel at P.Alfred PnP on 2nd August. Now 11 August parcel still not received. Shocking for overnight delivery!!!

One star is at this moment even to much for me. This is my 2nd package I'm waiting for. They don't contact you. They gave my first package to a stranger and when I phoned about it the lady said she will call me back( never did) because then it was in Bloem then in Bethlehem and at the end of the day it was in the building next to my building where I work just given to them. It doesn't matter what is in the package, for me it's important. It's my stuff. I will never choose to work with Aramex. This package I have been waiting for for 3weeks and don't know when or if I will receive it

After 6 weeks of waiting and querying and trying to find out where my package is... it still hasn't been delivered.
