Delivery not overnight as promised. Delivery not by 9h00 Saturday as promised. No info other than in transit and no answer at call center. Disgusting

The worst courier service I have ever I know, how does a parcel take 5days to arrive... I can never ever use it again.

The parcel was dropped off at Soshanguve buitekant Street last week Thursday 27-07-2020,till this day Wednesday 05-08-2020,it has not been picked, I called Monday, Tuesday and today customer service promised to call me but none did, worst service ever, even Pep PAXI is far more better
