Still waiting for a parcel dropped on 17 July in Amanzimtoti, to be delivered to an address in Florida lake, Johannesburg. Service is absolutely pathetic. Sevdral calls to customer service, promised feedback without getting any response! All I want is my parcel to be returned to me!!!

False marketing op time period of delivery in outline area. Misleading potensial customers. App not updated with what is happening. Staff not focused on service delivery or client satisfaction.

Service is extremely poor and delivery extremely slowly. A parcel was went from Bloemfontein to Hoedspruit in Thursday 23/7/20 and has still not arrived at destination. On tracking it only shows that is was delivered in Nelspruit in 24/7. No further information available. I'm very disappointed in you. Actually you deserve ZERO stars.

Very unprofessional according to Aramex Stellenbosh it’s my word again theirs Says they called multiple time which does not reflect on my call register and on top of that leave my parcel with my neighbor not even 1 star worth I couldn’t submit with nothing
