I'm still waiting for parcel they said it will be here on Monday and when I've ask Monday they said Tuesday and it Thursday already didn't receive anything yet. Very poor service.

Poor service ever, I have been waiting for my parcel for over a month. No communication or whatever. I really regret using aramex never ever again!

I will not use your service in my life again how can I send a parcel on 10 July and only delivered on 29 July this is poor service and management

Very very bad service, or actually no service from Aramex Port elizabeth. 3 times in a row, they hang up the phone when I got through after 3 minutes. That is when my blood pressure rises. My rate is at this stage zero

How late does your package arrive? What's the point you pay for overnight service and it doesn't arrive the next day!

I always receive annoying SMS’s to say that my package will be delivered to me before 12 and so I remain at home until then only to not receive ANYTHING THE ENTIRE DAY! furthmore my packages are always delayed recently and the information is always recorded late. It takes them TWO-THREE DAYS to record information before they manage to deliver it to me. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

This is my first time using Aramex and I regret ever using the company because the services is very poor and I believe everyone working in Johannesburg branch are all criminals

This is my 2nd bad experience with yourselves. Worse, you don't even care making follow ups or apologising. It is business as usual and a take it or leave it

Excellent service!!!! Sent a parcel from Alberton to Bloemfontein. It was delivered within two days and I was able to track the process. Will definitely use them again!

My parcel was dropped on the 22nd of July before 15:00 in Joburg, destination was East London today is the 27th of July I have not received my parcel. Overnight service. Service very poor

I received a call yesterday a d told that my parcel has arrived and will be delivered yesterday to date I have not received it and not one person has called to say when can I expect or what could be the delay now.
