Slow,unreliable and untrustworthy

Why offer a overnight service, but after 4 days, still has not been delivered. I don't know why I use these guys? Need to find a small local business to support.

Could track my parcel in 2seconds

Incompetence and poor service no calls no delivery made and yet they claim that it failed since Monday the 20th my parcel has been on transit for what I don’t know and understand Please get my parcel to me as soon as possible

Poorest service ever experienced. Close down please can a packing be in transit from the 9th till 23rd

Been waiting for a parcel from the 29th of June till to date. Parcel went from Johannesburg to Durban, currently in Johannesburg again. Im been waiting for it in Newcastle, was my gift from my husband. We are so dissapointed!!!

Aramex renders bad service ever. Worst courier company one can use. Use it at your own risk. Their agents can't even assist you on the phone. Nelspruit hub is the worst. They just make you hold and take forever. Now im told if I have a problem I must take it up with pick n pay. What nonsense is that? They just lost a regular customer.

I have been waiting since 2 pm since I was told my text that the parcel will be delivered after 2 pm. It is now 5 pm but no parcel. Pathetic service

Rubbish of a company! They’ve sat with my parcel with more than a week now! I’ve sent from pillar to post when enquiring about my parcel!!

Parcels eventually gets delivered. Only problem is lack of updates. Won't phone or send sms when they will deliver. You'll be lucky if you're home when they arrive. Please benchmark.

Send an overnight parcel and still not delivered. Thy are not answering my calls. I really regret using Aramex. Poor service
