Your service is very bad. I've been waiting for a parcel from the 14th and it still has not arrived. Your phone goes unanswered and you get to hold for over 20 minutes without any help

The worse courier company I have come across, I’ve paid for a 9 to 12 days service but haven’t received my parcel after almost 30 days . If they was zero I’ll would give them zero.
