Always fast with deliveries as well as affordable

Posted my parcel early morning Thursday 16th July from Durban to ladysmith and the parcel has not been delivered as yet. Unless I receive a detailed explanation as to why this is I would never recommend Aramex to anyone I know.

I have given 1 star purely because there is not an option of zero stars. This company provides no updates and they do not answer the phones. Disgusting services. It will be last I make use of them.

I will re ommend aramex.to everyone because there service is excellent please keep up the good work and thanks to the drivers

Delivery was very late, driver wasn’t efficient in communication for the delivery.

Genuinely the worst courier company. I deal with other courier companies and they are Brilliant! You could walk from jhb to dbn yourself and fetch your parcel..13 days and counting!! Oh and you cant contact anyone for help either

Was sent a food voucher from a family member overseas.. They were told it will be an overnight delivery. (over night service was paid for ). On Friday 10.07.2020 my parcel was "out for delivery" after calling aramex polokwane on Monday morning they mentioned there systems were offline.. Finally received a call from courier driver yesterday 15.07.2020 asking for directions to make delivery, gave him directions, said he was on his way.. Called me again and asked me to meet him at a certain shop telling me his airtime was finished....I met him and produced my ID book, he said it was not nessasary... I mean really?? What if I wasn't a driver or never had transport? What would have happened? From the 7.07.2020 until yesterday 15.07.2020.. Charged for an "OVERNIGHT DELIVERY" Just tracking the same parcel now (to see how "SHARP YOUR SERVICE IS" ) WELL GUESS WHAT..... MY PARCEL IS STILL "OUT FOR DELIVERY!! " Absolutely terrible service. Would defiantly NOT recommend ARAMEX couriers to anybody.. Does anybody from your company actually read these reviews???? Very unhappy customer....

They don't deliver on time n they don't answer our calls

Very disappointed customer. I've been waiting for my parcel to be delivered since the 2Jul 2020, after several calls to the call center ,and numerous promise that it will be delivered I'm still waiting .....this is beyond poor service DBP44180218135 can some one contact me ...Prudy 0828656602

There is absolutely no customer care as the customer has to dig for information update. No feedback on enquiries.

Overnight parcel DBP46012226186 from P.E. to Ladysmith from 7 July 2020 from P.E. to Durban to Joburg , 9 days now , and not even close to the destination

Has a package shipped from Pretoria on Monday. It just arrived at my workplace now... In excellent condition and the courier guy was so friendly!!! This was truly service with a smile... Thanx Aramex. Will definitely use your services again... Xxx
