No delivery on my parcel from 24th June. Held on numerous times and cut off. Then got through, spoke to a lady and then cut off again. This is becoming extremely frustrating. No one to talk to. No one responds to the messages, it's like a dead zone!!!!!

3 to5 working days delivery is not yet been met by aramex team , I'm parcel was delivered to aramex jhb offices from Durban on the 3rd of July but still waiting

parcel collected on the 30th of june, over night. By the 3rd of july parcel still not delivered. No effort to assist with alternative option. By the 7th parcel still not delivered.

It takes 2 weeks to open a box. My parcel was recorded on the 29th of June and today is the 7th of July 2020 no other information. Pathetic

Pathetic, terrible, disgusting, disgraceful service. They should be ashamed. Not a single way to speak to an actual person, all automatic responses. They closed their Johannesburg sorting facility for 3 days, but still accepted overnight Dropbox parcels all around the country - how is this not considered fraudulent? And a 3 day shutdown is now taking 7 days and counting to correct. Absolutely appalled and this is an international company - I will make sure that no one I know, deal with or even come in contact with, will ever make use of these bunch of thieves again.
