5 days later and the parcel has not been recieved yet

Disgusting service. I sent a parcel on the 27/06/2020 and up until today the 07/07/2020 from Durban to Johannesburg which are 2 major cities. Tracking number is DBP44179842526.

Your services is becoming poor and very slow and your tracking information isn't clear

Parcel's should not take more than 3 days to get delivered. It defeats the whole purpose of using a courier service...I'm still waiting for my parcel

The worst courier company ever. I sent a parcel about two weeks ago which was to be received by the end of June and it has still not yet been delivered. If I could give this company a negative rating, I would. I am so appalled and disgusted with the poor and terrible service. I will never use this courier company ever again

Still waiting for a parcel that was sent a week ago. Tracking just says in transit. Timbuktu ? Shocking. Used to be a good service.
