Parcel's should not take more than 3 days to get delivered. It defeats the whole purpose of using a courier service...I'm still waiting for my parcel

The worst courier company ever. I sent a parcel about two weeks ago which was to be received by the end of June and it has still not yet been delivered. If I could give this company a negative rating, I would. I am so appalled and disgusted with the poor and terrible service. I will never use this courier company ever again
