Unreliable and untrustworthy its been a week now since im waiting for my parcel this is the third time And same thing happened ... no more Aramex

Received confirmation on Monday and was suppose to only take 2-3 days for delivery. Friday and still waiting

Does not always send invoices which causes clients to constantly follow up and remind them to do so so that their order can eventually arrive.

Horrible horrible services don’t even bother paying for the overnight delivery

My parcel its been in Aramex Cape town since 22 June it's not yet delivered your services is poor

Too slow to put parcel in transit

I'm appalled by the lack of service. I'll credit the Cape Town office though, they are way ontop of their game..but as for the rest of Aramex, you'd be lucky to even your call answered. I've been trying to get through to them for 24h straight !! Oh which every single time I call, my call gets cut off after 30min. The absolute frustration. Don't believe a word of their promise to deliver in record time !! Its absolute BS!

Port Elizabeth to KZN....3 working days......PE to Joburg......1 working day.....doesn't make sense

I have been srruggling to get my parcel from your company from 16 June. What an awful experience. WILL NEVER EVER use your services again and will definitely advise everyone one I know not to use this incompetent company
