Parcel deposited on Friday 16 June. Today is Wednesday 23 June. Still not delivered.

This was the fastest delivery I have experienced. I was worried when I saw the rating of 1.78 after more than a 1000 ratings. I don't understand why as you deserve a five in my book.

I am absolutely shocked and saddened by the absolute lack of service or care for customers. A week later and no parcel. Unbelievably bad service. You cannot call them because they are not picking up the calls.. Worse company ever

Dont bother, you will wait forever, not even the complaints dept calls you back at head office

My parcel was sent on the 15th of June from Durban today is the 23rd haven't received it yet,so much for overnight delivery.

Your service is the worst and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Amarex. Its been weeks since I have been waiting for my parcel, and none of your phones are ever answered.

My parcel was meant to be delivered on a Thursday at a certain place, because of the delay, I told them that I was leaving the area on Friday and asked if they could deliver my parcel at a new destination. The delivery was already a day late so changing the address shouldn’t have been a problem.

Exceptionally poor service. Will definitely NEVER use Aramex again.

Poor service!! I'm still waiting for my package was sent on the 11th of June and today 22 of June. I'm sure it hasn't been collected yet because the tracking number still not been found when I'm trying to track it. Your service is Very! Very! Very! Bad!!!
