I'm very disappointed with your services, been calling your offices and make us hold for over 30 minutes up until you hang up no one answers the phone, waste of time and airtime. Staff is incompetent you never a response when you send an emails and please keep customers informed about their parcels with regards to delays and please send apology letters when the was a delay. The last time it took 2 months for me to receive my parcel with you guys and now again it's been 12 working and still nothing from you guys.

Absolutely bad service delivery Package was scheduled for Thursday... Now Saturday... No communication received as to why the package was delayed... It was a special surprise for Father's day and now because of bad service delivery my husband's father's day is spoiled... I'm currently waiting for a package that arrived at the Johannesburg Express HQ on 5 June. Its now 19 June. I tried to call the customer care but I was on hold for 20 mins 3 time. Each time with me choosing to abandon the call. I submitted a customer request online, which has also gone unanswered. If I could rate them zero, I would. Horrible service

If you print the tracking number in capitals and it should be in lower case how am I supposed to know that? Easy for you to say most people enter the number incorrectly.
