I sent a package on Friday 5 June 2020 to Freeway Park, Gauteng and it's still not there yet! What's the problem DBP44146426512

I've been waiting for my parcel for 2 full weeks. It's like it's coming from Overseas but around the same province

Waiting 2 days for my parcel that must travel only 30km!!!

It has been a solid week and i still havent received my package when I call the help center then they dont answer this is the worse definitely not impressed!!!

Poor customer service I've been waiting for my parcel for almost 2week now

absolutely terrible service. I sent a parcel on the 11/06 and to date I have not received it. I called your customer contact centre with my tracking number and I was told that the delivery guy will be here in 15 minutes. Its now about 6 hours later and still nothing. You advertise store to door. I have never received my parcel to my door. I always have to collect it pick n pay. I have used you 5 times now. But this will be my last.

Tracking has been 30 hours behind. Not satisfactory.

I was promised my parcel would be delivered today 17 June 2020. Nothing received. Aramex is a pathetic courier. Almost 2 weeks to receive a parcel.

I tried to contact the company and each time I talked to the lady she would hang up the call, they have been lying to me saying the order would be at my house at 8am it is currently 5PM and the order is still not here

I'm fuming and literally disgusted by the service the man who came to delivered my parcel. He was extremely rude over the phone however I thought to myself his probably having a bad day so I brushed it off however when he came to deliver he shouted saying he doesn't like the tone I spoke to him with and said he wanted me to sound excited when he told me that his coming to deliver my parcel and next time he won't even come with my parcel. Ever since my parcel arrived they contacted me once from there they kept quiet, are my goods in good hands or I'm twisted?

Aramex service is very appaling, till today I am waiting for my parcel from Empangeni, mind you I used an overnight option. I called and I was sent from pillar to post. It is better I stick with courier guy that company knows business.
