Won’t recommend it to my worst enemy

I did send my parcel from Postnet Waterkloofridge Pretoria to Bethal (145 km) on Thursday the 11 June. On the way bill its been marked for over night delivery up to date the parcel wasn't deliver yet.

Service from Andrea Aramex in Cape town , terrible service , do not return calls.

Terrible service parcel was sent on the 03/06/2020 from JHB to KHATU and I'm still waiting. Your delivery person called me last week Friday to tell me he was delivering today is Tuesday two weeks later and nothing... WHAT'S GOING ON we use your service all the time

I posted a parcel on the 29th of May still not delivered.They drop the phone or not pick up at all.

I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered from Cape Town to Johannesburg (Krugersdorp) since the 4th of June, today is the 15th of June. I downloaded the app on my phone to track where my parcel is exactly and it was just a waste of data, I will never use Aramex again in my life. Their service is very bad, I travel calling their Sandton head office number and they put me on hold every time until my airtime finishes. I am warning people not to use Aramex because they will wait until Jesus come.

Day9 and I'm still waiting for my parcel

I have still not received my order of Durbanville Hills placed on the 20th of May 2020.

This is the worse service ever, do not use it. My parcel did not arrive as stated. Nothing was communicated after I spoke to a consultant. I had to call back a second. My parcel arrived opened.

Poor service since 10 June I haven't received my parcel yet
