Poor service.Collected my parcel north and I still dont have it

Been calling the customer care centre regarding my parcel but no operator came through...

Im very disappointed.... I have been waiting for my parcel since Monday and ur service promises delivery within 24hours...

Extremely bad service I receive from Aramex, an overnight parcel was posted on the 28 May 2020 and I am still wairong for it to date. This is extremely wrong and unfair. Rate is Zero

Today marks day 5 since the parcel was sent, I still haven't received. There is no communication of what might be causing the delay

Worst, absolutely shocking service. Slow, my word my parcels from dbn took 3 x weeks to get to east london. It lay over in dbn for over a week after being collected from origin address

I cannot wait 9 days for a parcel from jozi to bela bela.. 168 km apart, 1h 57 minutes drive no.. No ways

I have a complain that i have sent my parcel at Aramex on the 4 of June 2020 and today is the 11of June but Aramex haven’t deliver my parcel, when i call them the tell me that they will deliver today but the don’t do as promised

Poor service taking two weeks to deliver

Apparently I was not at home, no phone call or note. This is clearly not created to provide any level of customer service. Extremely disrespectful from Aramex to treat us like that. This explain why other complainants can't get hold of you, must be too much of a juggle to explain all these fairytales

Your service is very poor since from last week I'm waiting for my delivery and when I call the customer service line they don't answer the phone... YOUR SERVICE IS VERY POOR!!!

Never received my parcel

Used Aramex for the first time parcel yet to be delivered after 9 working days. The customer service has not been helpful asked for information and have not responded since. Don't use this service.

My order hasn't arrived since Monday this courier service is unreliable Cause we wait forever for our things to arrive When you call customer care they do not answer the phone So are we stupid I'm going to sue this company
