Compare to Courier guy, Aramex, is slow

Beyond Terrible I will not recommend I'm still waiting for feedback on my parcel the promise to call and doesn't deliver a service!!!

Extremely slow service!

I'm very unsatisfied..they said they couldn't get hold of the customer but they didn't even showed up or called and now I'm struggling to get answers

I posted a parcel on the 30th May and it has still not been delivered and the call center never answers the phone

Poor service it supposed to be 24 hours to 72 but still waiting for my parcel to be delivered since last week

K always have a problem with the Aramex branch in East London my parcels/collections are always delayed. There is a parcel that i am waiting for that was sent from PE on Monday but i still haven't received it, when trying to call the branch there is no answer. Here is a tracking no 44175145906

I've waited for my package since friday up to now i havent received my package

The most useless courier company I have ever dealt with. I have tried for over 2 hours to get through on your JHB number 011457-3000 and it just keeps you on hold. Then I eventually spoke to a consultant who said my delivery would happen between 12h00-13h00 and that never happened. Always an excuse and ultimately still waiting on my package. Useless bunch, go with DHL or Courier Guy
