Have not got help

Bad service I sent the parcel on the 22 of May but they haven't deliver yet. Not using your service ever,I will not even recommend it.

Aramex is useless, useless, useless. It's almost a month now and I haven't received my things and I really don't care anymore they may keep them. They don't pick up calls and when they do, they don't give you the answers that you need they just tell you what you already know. Aramex must go back to their drawing board as a company, hire new staff or whatever it is to make them a competent company, this is unbelievable.

No status on parcel after collection on Friday ar Caltex

My parcel was sent on 8 May 2020 it has still not been delivered. Today marks a month after it was sent. Your services are very useless. My rating for your service is -10.

Worst service ever I am still waiting for a parcell that you have not yet delivered and no one is contacting me about it. The seller sent it out a week ago it should have been here already and every time you claim its an attempted delivery yet all of us are at home and its a house where you can just knock on the door or phone when you cant find the house but you havent phoned me and you keep on saying its an attempted delivery and when I try to phone you you dont answer or when you answer you say that you will get back to me and you NEVER do!! Horrible worst service ever

My order was only due to be delivered on the 17th June. It got delivered today!!!! So efficient. I'm happy!

Shockingly poor service in ELS .

Very slow.....also had a very rude delivery guy who literally expected me to be at the gate when he came unannounced...... He was so close to leaving with my parcel

Most of the aramax drivers they are not proffesional they need training they are rude there’s this other driver has left with my parcel on Friday after waiting for 8 days

I am very disappointed by ur service. My parcel was collected on 28 may in pretoria and i still haven't received my parcel even today.
