My parcel was sent on the 3rd June and I still haven’t received it on the 6th. We were told at the counter it was an overnight service. Now offices are closed for the weekend and the birthday gift was not received on time. How disappointing

Absolutely pathetic service, contacted them on 26/05/2020, after checking that they attempted to deliver and the address was slightly incorrect, called on this day to correct the address, it’s 6 June 2020, nothing received yet. I called the Sandton branch twice to ask, to be told that the parcel is there and I will get it soon, nothing yet. I will never use Aramex ever again.

Extremely unreliable and lying about delivery. Do not use them, no manager is willing to answer a phone call!

I didn't get my parcel I was at home all day long and not a single misssed call on my phone. So it doesn't make sense how they tried getting hold of me

Since I wait for my orders for a week Now Worse Part Those orders are my Business product and I might get arrested for not giving Back Other people's Money;

I am not happy at all infact it was my first time using Aramex the parcel arrived in jhb friday the 29th and yet still not with the person suppose to get and its babys clothes it's cold my sister is not working .

Parcel sent 26 05 2020. Still no trace of parcel on system, so disappointed. Always trusted Aramex...sad can't now.

I was told that this is a 24 hr service. The parcel was dropped off on Monday after 2pm and only reached its destination on Thursday after 11am. So much for 24 hr service?!
