Your service is very bad. I received a call today from this guy who claims they from aramex and he asks me to meet me at a mall nearby. I refused because I’ve used aramex before and they always deliver at my door.i had to direct them evens and they said they on their way ive been waiting since 3pm.

Worst Service EVER!!! I am waiting nearly 3 weeks now for a domestic parcel. My parcel was delivered to the incorrect province, which I do not know why this happened as the correct address was submitted. I have called on Tuesday to have this resolved and was promised a callback nobody called me back and also failed to update the parcel to get it sent to the correct address. I called on Wednesday to have the same issue resolved but still nothing checked online and it shows that my parcel is still in the wrong province I was promised another callback and still nobody has contacted me. Can someone please assist with getting my parcel to my address as I am now nearly waiting 3 weeks for it!!!!

I sent an important document to my friend. It's been almost a week now & still not yet delivered. No explanation or apology for delaying. How long does it take? Thought it would be a day or two but...

The most shocking service

You guys take forever to deliver a parcel.

I am dissapointed with the Service the Aramex is giving me poor service.

Today marks three weeks and I have not received my parcel,the Aramex support team never calls back to provide an update unless I call them.What kind of business is this because its been two days now and nobody has called to tell me what's happening with my parcel.

Not impressed with your service and staff dont come back to you with feed back. My parcel has taken 4 days and still not been delivered

I"m still waiting for my parcel its the 5th day today according to the tracker it arrived at PE on the 2nd of June bt up until now I"m still waiting Patiently

Iv been waiting for my parcel for days ...iv contacted aramex Vanderbiltijpark twice and still today i havent recieved it ...iv been postponing to go out waiting for my parcel...there is no communication between courier and client..

I am so disappointed and so angry. You have had my parcel for nearly twook weeks now. Still not delivered to where I want it. I will never use your service Again. Phones just ring. Utterly pathetic.

Aramex uplifted the parcel in CT 8 days ago. Still no delivery! On the system it says 'overnight'. Very poor sevice

Been waiting for my parcel from last week Wednesday, what happened to delivery that takes 2-3 working days? Im not happy at all, i will never use Aramex again.
