My parcel still hasn't arrived. Its been 10 days

again try to call and the one who answer wanted to put me through to another line all she know is , it is out for delivery from yesterday. it is realy very poor service . call 2 days and no one can realy help me .

Unhappy with the service

It takes too long from Port Elizabeth to Umthata but not long from Limpopo to Port Elizabeth. Port Elizabeth and Umthata are not that far. My parcel is still in East London, been there for 5 days. Very disappointed with aramex

Nearly a week and still no parcel. Tried to call 0215267600, was transferred twice and eventually cut off!! Not very good service

Great service. Very fast. I do however wish that they could call before going to the given address incase you aren't there at the time of their arrival

a lot of people are complaining about aramex courier and i'm already starting to doubt when my delivery will be made coz they said it will take only 72hours. I'm in Bloemfontein so meaning it's from Durban to Bloemfontein

today trying to talk to somebody who can help me to tell me were my parcel is . no answer . and when you talk to somebody then they put me thru to somebody who doesn't answer the phone . if i were the boss i could give a lot of disaplinary action to the people who doesnt answer the phone . i use to work for a courier company and the way you work is realy far poor service .

I know it was in for delivery but waiting for whole day for the parcel to deliver to us . 3 years ago when parcel has been put in the dropbox in cape town then next day early delivered to me .

Pathetic service! This is the worst courier company ever, no updates after you follow-up several times, false commitments, completely frustrating dealing with Aramex. I would strongly discourage anyone from using them. This would be my 2nd encounter experiencing such ridiculous service.
