Waited forever for my parcel. The worst courier company I've ever came across

I don't even want to give you Zero Stars. I've being struggling to get my parcel since 15May and still no light in sight and your cusro care just as useless! Package has being laying in the warehouse for more than a week it's plus minus 2h drive from JHB and I have to wait weeks for delivery... Pathetic

The worst service - I prefer DSV/CCD , I’ve been waiting for my order for over 2 weeks when I track it , they say “I’m not available for delivery and that i rescheduled” - such filthy lies , I work from home , I’m home 24/7 - please don’t use such tactics to not get your work done and make up stories using my name. I have never gotten a call from anyone yet you lie saying I rescheduled

Been trying to track our parcel since it was send on Tuesday and it is within the north west province from Mahikeng to Klerksdorp the parcel can't take this long

I've been waiting for my parcel that was sent on the 11th it's the 31st it hasn't arrived. ☹

The first parcel I received was very quick to get here and I was happy, buy now i've been waiting for my parcel which had to be delivered on the 28th but its still not here...And to think the parcel was not far from where I live I should have just went to pick it up myself since y'all aren't coming through with your job...Also my hair has been shipped and Aramex has it but it still doesn't send my seller the tracking number, I'm dissatisfied

I paid for overnight shipping from Cape Town to Durban. The parcel was sent to Joburg instead. I was then promised it would be delivered the next day at 12pm.. 12pm arrived, no delivery. Disgusting service

Despite the fact that its lockdown I'm really disappointed with your service because according to this online tracking ,it has come to my attention that Aramex has collected my parcel from the sender on the 19th May 2020 and until today which is 30th May 2020 I haven't received my parcel .Before I was made of this online tracking, I went to an extent of blaming the sender of being a thief and a fraud only to find out that he has long sent the parcel with Aramex of which till today I don't have.I know very well that the lockdown has been a pain to every business but this is so not on because it is almost two weeks now.

still waiting since 26/05/2020, how long does it take to deliver from Pretoria to Johannesburg? Bad service indeed
