Since I started using Aramex I received my good in time and in order

Bad service my parcel hasn't arrived since the 21st May I'll never use it again.

4 days in Transit??? Not good.

Poor service delivery. I have waited for almost two weeks to receive my parcel. It has been in transit for 11 days

Send masks to Delmas 3 days ago and still shows "in Transit" . Though it will be quicker

Parcel was dispatched on 21.05.2020 it have yet to receive it I decided to call after waiting 15 min to be answered I was told my parcel is back at the hub because the delivery address was wrong How was I gonna know if I hadn’t called they promised i would receive my parcel early today it’s almost 2 o’clock still no parcel

The best service and on time. They answer calls and the guy that deliver is a real gentleman. Aramex is for sure by far the best and that I can say for sure. Thank you Shawn and team keep it up. Be safe and thanks a million.

This is worst courier company ever! Poor client service. Took four days to track my parcel and it's been in transit for another three days...still waiting even now. NEVER again!!!

Your service is unacceptable

What a useless service. Nobody delivered my package it’s been 2 weeks , nobody answers the phones , then they do answer , they say they will call me back to let me know , that’s been 2 weeks now and I can’t get hold of anyone since ... Package still not been delivered... oh yes . The app doesn’t work !!!! WTF

I wouldn’t advise anyone to use Aramex, they take forever to deliver...poor poor poor service they don’t even deserve one star!
