Parcel dropped at dropbox on 15 May, collected 19 May and today 28 May 2020 still not delivered. You don't answer phones. Tracking app useless. 2 complaints on website, one phonecall to Pretoria and still no response!!!! Unacceptable!

Good service, but your ad says R99 anywhere in RSA, i was charged R250 for a total package including wrapping and outer plastic which in total weighed 167grams. Please confirm is this what you charged or did the sender Jabiru take a cut as it was them that said R250. Look fwd to your response.

Still waiting for my parcel

As per my tracking number, my parcel has berm in transit from the 25.5.20, and it is now the 28.5.20 and still has not arrived. Poor service

I am finding that Aramax parcels from the port Elizabeth distribution always have a problem. Going to have to use alternative courier.

Very very poor service. It been two weeks now waiting for my parcel arrival. Worst it's health products . Am never recommending Anyone to this poor business. No one takes my call been calling non stop. I see you think I phone using pinuts

Your delivery is not the same as before your very slow of late

Your service is poor, take forever to deliver parcels. My parcel has been in Nelspruit since 20.05.2020, meaning it has now been a full 2 weeks in transit!!!!!! Never again!!

Always delivered on time no matter where.

useless... Handed my parcel over to 3rd party for delivery. No way to track and I am not allowed to know who the 3rd party is. Dont know where my parcel is or when it will be delivered. Been with the 3rd party for 5 days now
