I sent a parcel from PE to EL on Monday for deliver Tuesday. It still has not been delivered and nobody can help me. The parcel still says left origin for destination on the tracking app. No help from customer care and I have phoned 6 times!

I honestly thought these people knew what they were doing but clearly not . I posted 5 parcels and it took them close to 2weeks to deliver the parcel only for them to deliver 4/5 instead of 5/5 parcels. This is really frustrating.

Your standard dropped drastically way before COVID-19. I have been waiting for my parcel for over 2 weeks now, I have lost clients because of your poor service, surely this will be my parcel sent with your company. I am very dissatisfied.

First time user and will never in a million years recommend it to anyone, i have been waiting for my parcel for 3months now. Some guy called Sakhile will email you asking for documentation of invoices, proof of payment and order form, you’ll send every required documentations but you’ll never hear from him again. The worst service ever!!!!! You deserve ZERO rating!!!
