I have used your service regularly, at least 5 times in 2022 and the same in 2023. In 2022 had prompt delivery from Benoni to Cape Town, But since 2023, every package was delayed, recepient was not called to pickup, parcel was returned to Cape Town depot with no effort to contact recipient. Service is deteriorating. Call centre staff can never say sorry or apologise for lack of urgency or effort on their part. Peoples lives sometimes depend on that parcel that you dont care about.

I ordered parcel from Shein on 29/11/2023 paid your custom fees on 8th December 2023 its been on transit ever since I have not received my parcel till today I have never been stressed this way

Ordered from Shein on the 31st of December and my parcel was supposed to be delivered today on 10th but was delivered on the 11th of January; just need to update status and improve delivery services on getting directions. Thank you Aramex.

What a shame you are unprofessional, parcel recorded on the 06 Jan 2024 from PLK to Thohoyandou still not received, when I track I found my parcel is at Sandton. Why Sandton while I am in Tndou

The tax invoice is very expensive and I have spent close to 100rands making calls still I haven't gotten any support. You deserve no star at all.

Mine I' hv sent order on the 26 Nov 2023 I was tracking all the process it took two weeks I received on the 11 Dec delivery by Aramex .

I've even forgotten that i have a parcel on the way it's been a full month.. No update no urgent to tall too. Worse service ever please leave this to buffalo you don't know what you doing.

Does anyone work at Aramex. No response.they don't care about people package. I sent a parcel on the 2 December and now it's 21 still didn't receive it. Worst service ever they should close. Regret why I sent it with them. 0 stars for Aramex

It's past the 16day waiting period now and I'm still waiting for my parcel what makes me more angry is that you rush me to pay the courier fee! Obviously with no slight intentions to deliver in time!! I just wish aramex would loose it's contract with shein
