I'm so disappointed in your service since I sent two parcels to one delivery address on 10/11/2023 and till today one of my parcel is not delivered yet.

Aramex doesn't even deserve any star.

It's just a nonsense courier company ever

It's been 6days now since my parcel is stuck in Johannesburg bare in mind I leave in mpumalanga. So how long must I wait? This is pissing me off I won't lie!!

Aremax is thee worst delivery service I've ever used, it takes a long time to deliver, I don't recommend it at all

I am not happy about the service. I've been waiting for my parcel for over 18 days. I get no feedback and no updates. I get one update and is then left with no updates for over a week. My parcel is late and it was for a birthday. Now there was no birthday gift. Please update your stuff more regularly. And shein please use Buffelo

Shein, if you want to keep customers DROP Aramex. If you prefer to keep Aramex you'll lose customers in South Africa. Amazon is in South Africa already.

My parcel was showing this morning in Capetown few hours later it's showing it's at jnh hub I give up I hate aremax

On call centre, no agent to talk to, waited for more than an hour, does it have to take 13-16 to deliver when my parcel is already in Johannesburg? This is the worst service ever.

Buffalo could teach Aramex a thing or two about service delivery and customer service… we wait for our packages from shein literally like ppl who ddnt pay for them I ordered at the same time but buffalo was quick enough to deliver my first package as for Aramex your service sucks big time…. I hate this delivery service honestly and your lack of communication also sucks
