Why is my parcel confiscated by custom and when and how is it going to be releases?

The WhatsApp auto service is waste of time and not helpful at all. The phone number we used to call is now not in use and I need to track and get my parcel urgently. Please up your game and do better.

Mi parcel had cleared customs on 4 December but I haven't received it come on improve yr service wish it was courier guy their service is very excellent

Lack of communication. It's important to give customers feedback on what the hold up is. My status has been the same from 8th December to date. It is deceiving by saying its in Sandton but when I called they say it's not South Africa.
