Poor service from Amarex

Aramex can you please improve your services, you are always a disgrace when it comes to delivering of our parcels, I know that if I have ordered from shein, then my parcel is going to be delivered by Aramex it will arrive after the event I have ordered for, today I'm so stressed because the event is on this Sunday but Aramex up to now my parcel is still on transit in Durban. Please just copy from Buffalo Company, I'm always happy about their services because if you have paid them, less than 3 days you will receive your parcels. You are failing us, making to pay more money because now if you have not delivered my parcel I'm forced to buy other clothes of more than 15 family members.

My parcel has been in transit for 4 days now no movement nothing.....poor service I wish nxt time shein can use skynet like they used to

I am so disappointed at Aramex, I wish Shein can use Buffalo because they are always organised and fast at delivering. Aramex is the worst delivering company ever.

Poor service send parcel on the 05th December 2023 they say estimated arrival is the 21st December 2023

Parcel ordered from DBN NORTH, to be delivered to DBN OUTER WEST, has, for some inexplicable reason, ender up spending the last five days in Port Elizabeth, gaining a whopping 1.4kg above what I ordered (I hope it's packaging or free goodies) and does not seem to be any closer to Durban. Also, the waybill is in Arabic, which is fine, but I don't understand what it says, you know. The supplier is quick, the logistics of this company is still questionable.

I'm still waiting for my parcel, and the tax rate is soo high, bad service indeed

It's almost a month now waiting for my order, why is taking so long coz now I've been reading updates about the order, the latest message says the order is been confiscated for what reason only you knows

Poeple should just have a little patiance. They are behind schedule due to this time of year chaos. Just wait patiantly they will deliver. Thank you Aramax. Your hard work is appreciated.

You are the worst, why did they change the last one we used to receive our orders from. Aramex is even expensive. I paid on the 06 December, you claim the driver can't locate my address or phone number, you are lying.
