Also waiting more than 5 days for delivery of my parcel after it has been cleared already on 10 December. Unacceptable service. No communication or notification. Very dissatisfied with the service.

I ordered from shein and they packaged my parcel with two packages,package 1 is with aramex and I paid the custom on the 8th December 2023 still I haven't received it. But to my surprise package 2 is from Buffalo I already received it and I paid custom on the 10th after aramex. I won't recommend aramex to anyone 1st of all their custom is very high and they are very slow, I'm so pissed Wright now since I need those items for the wedding this weekend since I ordered on the 1st of December 2023

Aramex is a disgrace of a company I swear, you guys must just stop operating nxn

Paid on Tuesday for my parcel its now Friday and its still shows its in Johannesburg. Buffalo is a far more efficient delivery service.

Im dissapionted in Aramex for the poor service. They were suppose to deliver it Wednesday, Im still waiting for my parcel. This is really in appropriate.

Since my parcel is being with u guys its not fair and kids Christmas clothes pls

Bad service I hate Aramex with all my heart

Aranax service is terrible. Our parcel cane in on 1 December and customs were paid on the same day. Up to now it is still not delivered and no satisfying communication. Aramex is the worst delivery company I know of. Not sure why they are still in use.

I vant get hold of anyone. My parcel which i ordered 22 November has still not been reveived.ive tried phoning. Emailing. Everything and yet no response from no one and no package. After i paid the money this is the worst service ever and i request answers and feedback.as all i got is my package has beem confiscated. Why even ??who will refund myy R5000
