Just received my order and would like to single out “Mickey” who delivered my order in Empangeni.He was very patient as I was running late and still gave me excellent service .

My parcel was in Durban, South Africa since Saturday,23 May, to date and this minute 12h06 South African time, the parcel has not reached me

I have not received my shipment.. I am soooooooo disappointed.. I called and called.. No answer.. DBP44146244943 my tracking number.. It says its delivered when I tracked it, however I have not received anything. So who received and signed for it? Highy disappointed

The 24-hour service they promise is not kept.

I have been waiting for my parcel for more than a week . When I call the call center the person that picked up the phone did not give me the answers that i was looking for . The service is just absurd !!

overnight delivery from Sandton to Pretoria. Send on 16 May 2020 not delivered yet, showing on website attempted delivery on the 22nd May 2020, I was home all day, no delivery was attempted. Rescheduled for delivery 25 May 2020. Worst courier services ever. Would give you zero if I can.

Poor service no one is unswering calls..parcels are delaying

They posted my parcel on the 15 bt even today i never received it
