Delivery guys ph yesterday 22/5/2020 at pround about 16h00 ask directions. Said that its to late for delivery will deliver package Saturday morning 23/5/2020. 12.35 Saturday and package is not delivered yet and no respond on hp no. Will for sure not make use of Amarex again

Aramex is nolonger reliable its taking more than a week to deliver a parcel

Service service. No one answers the phone & you get no actual assistance on where is my parcel! You promise Drop door to door on yesterday but nothing

My parcel was supposed to be be delivered by Wednesday. It is now Saturday, no one has been able to explain to me what is the hold up? I could not even track it until last night. Im Very disappointed!!!

Small parcel (urgent) sent from East London on Monday 18/5. Friday 22nd stil no delivery.

You pay for overnight service but they rarely deliver on time. Also, the Durban depot never ever answer the phone.

If I could rate 0, I would... They take an average of 10 mins to answer their phones...

I am very very disappointed and angry right now. I posted an parcel at post net Stirling East London on Monday 18 May 2020. Was told 2 to 3 working days. It is now Friday and I have been told the parcel has still not been cleared in Durban. Delivery only matbe Monday. That is a whole week. Very piss poor to say the least. Tracking is good but hey your helpline consultant are something else. Attitude galore.

I still haven't received my parcel and I was told it was on the way since Monday, it's Friday now. First time here but I'm not impressed at all.

Aramex has been the worst ever been waiting for my parcel since March 2020 ...I don't understand what's the holdup ? Are we gona get answers? Terrible service!
