I still haven't received my parcels that were sent to me on the 11th and the other one on the 13th of may.i'm really starting to get worried now

My parcel left Somerset on 19th May to Heidelberg Western Cape. No delivery as yet!

Poor service. Call centre. Not helpfull . We wait 3 days and stil nothing

My parcel was paid for on the 19.5 till now no message email. I tried tracking it says parcel in transit since yesterday morning. Please deliver my parcel I paid for your services.

My documents got to polokwane last week on the 12 and still today I have not received my documents I am in the same province limpopo why are you taking so long

Posted a non perishable parcel on the [email protected] pick n Pay Springfield... Parcel is still sitting in transit.... The urgency for the parcel was written on the special instruction column... But to no avail...so what happens now.... It's gone more than 72 hrs???? Very poor service n a very dissatisfied customer.

Updates on online parcel tracking never gets updated on time & this causes lots of confusion & a lot of unnecessary phone calls which costs do much
