I’ve been waiting for my order from Monday and the post net was paid for overnight which was more expensive but yet I’m still waiting for delivery and when I phone I was told that the system is down, in future just use other courier that are potentially interested for serving people, this one is just waste

My parcels have gone missing ' I tried to call the call centre cant get through, if you have lost my parcels why dont you call me back. Clients think I never send out their parcels, your service is pathethic..

Poor bad advice lately. I don’t know why but your service has really dropped. I use to get my goods the next day but now I’m receiving them after 4day. I don’t know if the problem is with a speacific driver called Tebogo cause other drivers are punctual

I am soooo furious as I was informed that the vehicle with my parcel wad involved in a hijack now. I've been in contact with the company I ordered from & they basically informed me now that I must get my refund from Aramax??? I have contacted ur call centre numerous time & left messages for the lady dealing with my case to call.me back but with no luck??? Please can someone assist me

I’ve been waiting well over a month for my package and it’s CONTACTS that I need. They have been sitting in New York, NY for 7 days. Seriously??

Worse service ever. I was woken up at 7h55 by lots of messages saying my parcel is out for delivery its 17h20 now still nothing and calls not answered, online stills says in transit as it did yesterday and the day after. What happened to delivering before 17h00

I'm still waiting for my parcel even now, I wouldn't use this service anymore. They said my parcel will be at my door step yesterday even today in still waiting. What a shity service

This was my first time with Aramex... First impression hey... I've been waiting for my parcel, it is now the third week and it is nowhere to be found...

Not reliable, I have been calling for over 2 hours and I'm still on hold. Track system pathetic. I was promised a delivery before 12pm today, changed my plans to accommodate you now I regret even using your services. DBP44146423141. Never and never again and I will make sure I share my experience with as much people as possible
