Its been a week now waiting for my parcel. No one is picking up their phones

Horrible, poor unethical service. Dissapointing. Send parcel on the 14 May 2020 still not landed at destination. No notification nothing. App is not updating you to where your parcel is. Absolutely horrible service and not the first time I'm using them second time receiving this poor service. I thought I'll over look the first poor service as we all are human and we make mistakes. But there's been no improvement.

The best company, they deliver in time

My parcel has been cleared a week ago.. It's in the same province but when I call they tell me I'm gonna have to wait another week for delivery..

The worst courier i have ever used

I am very disappointed. Bad service. You call to track parcel, hold on for 45min, still no news. They will call me today, which never happened. No this is very bad services.

Been waiting for a package for almost a month now

Very fast and affordable

First impressions last! I haven't received my parcel when I call the give a day & time for my parcel to be delivered. It must have been three times they've promised my parcel to be delivered, its been a whole week & a half still no delivery. I'm very disappointed with Aramex & I wouldn't advise anyone to used it to be honest. What's worse is that they lie instead of coming out with the truth on what's happening with your parcel. I'm very very hurt & disappointed in you Aramex!!!

Disappointed by the lack of communication regarding my parcel, I've been running around trying to figure out why it had not reached its destination.

I send my parcel on the 7th of May still didn't get to upington. No one is answering customer care. Your service ks really weak, not even receiving a phone call to inform me on what is happening.

Aramex have really changed,am not happy about the way you operate these days,i sent a parcel that was meant to be delivered in 48 or 72hrs unfortunately it's 10 days now and no one seems to care about it at least you need to send a message and tell what is causing the delay,try to improve on that aspect please

Post it the 12the and still not arrived by the 18th

Very slow and dont show where the package is

Its been 10days and my parcel hasn't been delivered when i call to ask about they just say it will be delivered today. I believe my parcel is lost
