Nonsense!!!! Been waiting for my parcel since Wednesday 13/05/2020 and it's already Saturday 16/05/2020. It's been in transit since and I'm becoming impatient. I will never use Aramex again and I will warn others about it.

But why do Aramex show exactly the location of the parcel? This delay in delivery is going to reduce your customers trust me l would not rate you even a star coz m disappointed since 13th till today 17 th not yet receive my stuff but you say to customers 72 hours is the furthest time to deliver

I'm disappointed and angry ,was supposed to receive my parcel on Tuesday, called the offices in today they told me it will be delivered today,did they fulfill their promise?Nope. This is frustrating, not knowing whether your parcel is safe or not, I will be taking legal action for, you can throw every loophole my way,I can guarantee this will end in court should I lose the content of the parcel,I paid good amount of money for it and for your services,we pay money and receive this kind of treatment(being lied to) and poor service.

5 days still NO parcel......was assured before 5 o clock it WILL be deliverd its the last day today. Really? Bad service. Tracking stays on Tuesday.......for the whole week now.

I'm a bit upset first time using Aramex parcel was send last Thursday from Pietermaritzburg to Westonaria and still not delivered as yet this is exactly a week now.

I am quite upset as I can see many others are too. My parcel has been in transit since Monday, it is now Friday and still nothing. So Wednesday I emailed Amarex, NO RESPONSE! So today I called Aramex and was informed that my parcel was given to a different courier company as they don't deliver to this area. Parcel was meant to arrive Wednesday according to the new courier company, and now will only arrive NEXT WEEK WEDNESDAY. This is insane. I ordered a parcel from Pretoria on a Friday and received on a Monday, also during lockdown. Why can't the same imply? I stay 4 hours from Dbn, how can it take a week and a half to get here?

I have sent a parcel to Taung on 8 May. Today is 15 May 2020. The status says the parcel is in transit. I have call all Aramex offices no one is answering the calls. This is highly frustrating.
