The only that takes longer for the parcel delivery is the time it takes to answer the phones at your call center.

Before lockdown... Always on time... Sent my grandchildren parcel and they receiveed it the next morning, now I cannot tell them that parcel is on its way because I do not know when it will be delivered took 4days last week... But I will keep on using Aramex

The service is very very very poor. I can't trust them with my parcels, never. The delivery takes forever but they've promised "overnight "...I give up

Hi my parcel was dropped on the 11/05/2020 only received one parcel instead of two my tracking number is DBP44170405754 it was supposed to be in Durban by now coz it was sent with another pack which I received today please try and sent it to Durban so that I can get my parcel please

Am happy my parcel has been delivered in a good condition. Though it took 5working days . I hope next it should be more faster

Since on the 11 mt parcel track says its in Rusternburg...till today i am not happy with Aramex services... Better Find a way to deliver
