My parcel is been in transit as if the 4th of May ,I called the 011 number on the 8th and I was told that it will be delivered on the 11th to date I haven't recieved anything

I am very dissatisfied with Aramex. They sent my parcel to a wrong address

On 8 May I used Aramex to courier my parcel to Heidelberg in Gauteng. When I check online today it shows that the parcel was delivered in Sandton on 11 May 2020 at 4:07 PM. So Aramex is very unreliable. I'm panicking now. I may not recover my parcel. What do I do now

Poor performance. I posted Friday a delivery to Benoni Wattville and still it hasn't arrived. Its tuesday an my client is not happy.

How on Earth is my parcel still In Bloemfontein has me puzzled... It was supposed to be delivered today... Its sad cause we rush to Pic n Pay stores before the depature time which is 12... I'm really not happy...

Their delivery service is putrid. 3 days has gone by and the parcel has still not been delivered. Tried contacting them numerous times but no answer.
