My parcel is been in transit as if the 4th of May ,I called the 011 number on the 8th and I was told that it will be delivered on the 11th to date I haven't recieved anything

On 8 May I used Aramex to courier my parcel to Heidelberg in Gauteng. When I check online today it shows that the parcel was delivered in Sandton on 11 May 2020 at 4:07 PM. So Aramex is very unreliable. I'm panicking now. I may not recover my parcel. What do I do now
