Disappointed in the service. My parcel was sent on the 16th March till today I haven't received it. Most sad the transit says East London but can't be delivered and it's been 4days now.

I am very disappointed, even today my parcel is not delivered. From Monday and today its Sunday. While they told me if I submit before 1pm it will be delivered the same night. Why not the next night? Or the night after that.. Aramex please don't promise people lies

My parcel is taking to long to get to its destination. From East London via Pretoria via Durban just to get to Kokstad 5hours away from East London really this is unacceptable.
