Aramex reviews

The service is unbelievably poor for the month of April and May we ve posting but our parcel take time to reach the destination, now we send assignments since monday our parcel is still at the factory.iam very disappointed and iam also speaking on behalf of my friends as well.

For 2 days I have been told they will deliver. I am still waiting. Useless bunch.

Ridiculous! I will never use Aramex again, the courier guy is much better they deliver in 2days time, with aramex I'm still waiting after 7 days!! Do they even look at our reviews??? Very unpleasant and unprofessional

Waiting for a parcel since Monday

I'm sooo hurting it's truly not funny,I've been trying to call the aramex number,no respond,I've been going to pick n pay they have no clue why the delay,I track the parcel everyday and same response that it's on the way,some of the contents in the parcel were supposedly to be posted to another city for work related..I'm truly hurt by this

Still waiting for my parcel to be delivered in PE, its taking long parcel arrived on Tuesday and it's Thursday now it's not been delivered yet

Bad service did not receive my package yet after leaving messages and after phoning Cape Town number I need my package for making masks

I send my parcel on Saturday and I understand it was weekend but until today it never reached the destination

Trying to track a parcel since the 4th of May and phoned Aramex 7 times with no response. Only 1hours drive from us and taking 3 days to deliver with still no response. Don't think I'll use Aramex drop box at Pick n pay again!

No update on the parcel for the whole month

From the 4.05.2020 to 6.05.2020 and still no delivery. What a joke your company is 48 hrs by DHL from Zambia to my door step. Now thats service. Aramex you should be embarrassed with these comments better still close your company and let those who respect their clients do the job
