Parcel was collected on the 4th May 2020 its now the 6th May 2020 and still no delivery Do these people know what they are doing? Its time to start a company that cares for those who pay their salaries

I have posted essential items very important Items that could save lives to Kimberly from pretoria on the 25th April 2020.Till now the Receiver is still waiting for the parcel. When I phone Aramex they are transferring me from pillar to Post. I am not happy and so disappointed about the Poor service I got from Aramex.

This is my third time using Aramex and it says they deliver within 2-3 but I always get my parcel after a week. Now I'm on week 2 waitingfor my parcel

Aramex is quick and Affordably but the 3rd part delays the proccess

Can I give a Zero? My parcel was given to Aramax on 23 April by Annique. Till date it has not been delivered to my client. Phoned yesterday and consultant said she will get back to me. Never did. Had to phone again today and then I am informed it will only be delivered tomorrow. 2 weeks after they received it. WOW!!!!

Terrible service - head office is the worst - can’t help with nothing.

Bad service and unreliable... My parcel has PPE goods and is still in Transit since 29th April.. The office is making all kinds of excuses why my parcel is being delivered ..

Ridiculous that a parcel at the main Centre in Pretoria 12h44 Friday 1st May is still sitting at the same place on Tuesday 5th May. When delivery is to an address in Sandton. Service is shocking.
