Pasel posted on the 28th with essential goods and today the 5th still not received, after numerous follow up and promises that it will be delivered every time with a promise that it will be that day.

Not good service delivery. Been waiting for my parcel and I have been promised I will arrive.

Terrible Service!!! Today is the 4 May, the parcel was dropped off before 12:00 pm on the 24 April and it hasn’t reached its destination. Been trying to call but the phone just rings with no one attending to it.

Service Pathetic, collected package in PTA on Friday at 11h44 and the parcel is still in distribution Centre in PTA and may be delivered to Sandton tomorrow. The 5th May. Such pathetic service with a who cares attitude.

Worst experience I've ever experienced!!! I've been waiting for my parcel since the 24th of March that was before the lockdown and today is the 4th of May. When I called in last week Thursday a very rude lady told me that the parcel will be delivered the day when lockdown will end and she dropped the phone. Today I tried calling again with no answer, this is totally unacceptable! Your services are very poor and I am very disappointed in Aramex.

Today is the 4th of May and the parcel was sent on the 22nd of March but still have not been received. The line is constantly busy... It's not even 5 hours to where the parcel is going.

Worst service I ever experienced. Excuses galore but waited for weeks to get parcel which was damaged. Do not use these guys.

Pathetic, unprofessional services. My parcel arrived in Johannesburg on the 20th March 2020, status keep on saying " shipment on it way to final destination" Lockdown started on the 27th March 2020. I was suppose to receive my parcel before that. It totally not unacceptable. I called this number 011457 3000 with no one answering. DBP44145953592 please get this sorted urgently

I am not even sure you deserve that one star i have been waiting for my package and you started by moving it around and ended with just vanish I tried both waiting and calling in any account it did not work for me

Aramex Durban: Parcel not received 2 days after arrival. Phone line constantly busy.

I have been waiting for my parcel and its almost 2weeks now,when I check my tracking it says my parcel is in Bloemfontein and I'm from Mpumalanga in hazyview meaning I'll have to wait atleast another week to receive my parcel..

Since I have waited for my parcel from 23/04/2020 till now this is not right poor service

I have phoned over 10 times but no answer. I was supposed to receive a parcel yesterday and we saw on our cameras that the delivery vehicle stopped for 40 seconds and just left. I am still waiting for my parcel
