poor service.i have been waiting for my parcel from my sister who is in CPT..she sent the parcel 2weeks ago to PE but still no parcel, theres no communication whatsover.When she called she was told that they have not been working.I mean other courier companies have been working during lock down.i cant even track my parcer (parcrl number 40109699571) the website says it does not recognise the number. Will never ever use this company again.
