I have put my bag into N1Coty dropbox on 12 April Sunday and tjete is still no tracking number so WHERE is my parcel

I have been trying to get hold of my parcel (32420182185) no one seems to be interested in giving me feed back.Iam thinking of taking this matter to Hello Peter.

Very disappointed with their poor service, they update untruthful info on the system. Parcel was picked up on 01/04 to date it hasnt reached its destination. I'm not happy at all

I have been waiting for my parcels since 25 till today.. Your service is very poor.. You don't even notify why you have not delivered my parcel,your really costing me please note that..for me it's no business as am waiting for my peoples things and they have paid what must one do to receive their parcels..

I find Aramex out of this world for cost and delivery service they are awesome

Parcel still in one place since 25.03.2020 but the courier is operating.. Still waiting 4m 07. 03. 2020 till now.. Dont think my parcel still exists

You ddnt deliver one of my customers parcel in her destination

My parcel took more than 7 days poor service I drop it on 25 March till today

Twice used you guys very disappointed will not use again my parcel sent on Friday not even on the tracking system as yet I need my medication.

I was to get my parcel on the 28th of March still nothing yet. I understand we have a lockdown but surely they can keep one updated for the least. I am definitely not happy

Still waiting for my parcel I doubt I'll even recieve it after lockdown, they keep changing times and dates. I'm disappointed.

Send a parcel 2days before lock down . Not deliver. Send a Email no response.

Waited for my package.. They promised before lockdown, sat the whole day waiting and they said they attempt... No phone call and I was at home the whole day. . Super dissapointed
