The worst service in the world terrible pathatic

worst service I have ever received and I know that writing this review is probably a waste of time but I need to vent out... been waiting for my parcel since the 18th, today is the 24th and there is no communication from your side to let me know what the delay is all about. Worst of the bunch. Never again. Can I just get what is mine.

Overnight delivery not a chance worst delivery company ever

Cant get hold of company, say 3 times to get hold of anyone for over 10 min. Parcel arrived and Feb , still waiting to receive it or receive any confirmation. Shocking company would never recom

Aramex's service is baaaaaad, my parcel is stuck in customs from the 13th of March until today my status does not change and I have sent them the documents they required from me. That time I struggled to get some of the documents from the supplier since its an international supplier.

My parcel was never delivered and when I tried calling in order to ask what's going on, the call center made me wait for a whole hour and I never got a chance to speak with the operator. This was very disappointing and upsetting

Still stuck on same date and time if parcels are not moving at least show current time

Last week Friday the parcel left Pretoria for Stutterheim in the eastern cape and the parcel is still not felivered

I used this service for the first time and I find it very difficult to track my parcel. The customer service is to slow an it cost us more money holding on for them to pick up the call in order for us to get info abt my pacel

I have been waiting everyday for 3 days. For a package that is set to be "attempted to delivery". Zero phone calls were made to me or communication. Please be transparent and let me know where my order is. Or where I can come fetch it
