Bad service. Dropped my parcel in the box at PnP on Saterday 9am. Thursday today and not delivered at the destination yet. It says next day delivery. WoW that's the way to go hey.

If a parcel was sent on the 16th morning at least it should reach the person following day afternoon.

Parcels take plus or minus 10 days, not 72 hours

I received an sms saying that I will get my parcel todat b4 120hh and is not yet deliverd to me.

I've been waiting for my parcel since last week Thursday.I will never use you ever again your service is very very poor,it's bad!yesterday we called your call center and the agent told us Welkom is outlined.

Takes too long to be delivered... been waiting for two weeks,Joburg and North-West are not that far from each other... first time using this service probably the last time.

I had a very bad experience with the ridiculous customer service with this courier which I will never use personally in the future. They call me to tell me the driver returned with my parcel upon asking what next the guy promises to send the driver back which was on the 13th, still waiting for communication from them after I called them this morning and a lady placed me on hold and I dropped the call after 4min of listening to the dump background music.

A whole week though? It's getting unreasonable

Shame I've never seen a pathetic service like yours. Been waiting for my parcel, has been in transit since the sixth. And your call center people don't know what they are doing shame. If you don't do something about this I don't know what will become of you.

I was told the parcel only takes less than 48 hours to reach the destination but mine reached the destination after a week when it was no longer necessary

Parcel send from Cape Town on Wednesday 11 March 2020 for overnight delivery. Sunday 15 March - parcel has not arrived yet. Call centre ensured me that the parcel will be available for pickup between 7 am and 10 am at the depot. This morning the guard let me wait in the street and call an office worker just to inform me that they don't work on Sundays and that the call centre person should not make such promises - after me driving almost a 100 km. This is absolute poor service. Don't advertise overnight service between major cities (Cape Town and Pretoria in this case) if you can't even deliver a parcel in 4 days. I am absolutely terrified at the shocking poor service.
