They claim to have called me meanwhile I didn’t even get any calls from them otherwise I would have seen it

My delivery was rescheduled twice and they say that contact details required from customer.. I really don’t get it

I've received a message that my parcel was sent also got a tracking code on tuesday 10th March 2020 even today is still on transit

The worst courier company that I ever dealt with. When you phone customer service you hold forever. Very incompetent - give wrong info and keep on saying you werent at home in the mean time it is a case of they don't want to work after 4pm. In this case they dont get penalised - so make the customer the scape goat!!!!!

Disappointing the parcel hasn’t been delivered really disappointed

Useless courier ever keep on miss calling me. They claim that they tried to get in touch with me but they didn't find me.by that time im waiting important stuff

Not happy with their service. Package was send to me on 05/03/2020.It's 11/03/2020 and still on it's way... Very disappointed
