They are taking long to deliver

Always getting the great service, the couriour guys usually wait for me at a safer place which is the nearest police station cause they are afraid of getting robbed. I like the fact that they wait at the police station and it's 5 minutes away from the house

Parcell more than a week now with Aramex. Not delivered to my customer yet. Very unreliable

My parcel never reached its destination. It was sent 27 February from Cape Town Garden Center to 21 Schilbach Street Parys Free State, and never reached its destination. Tracking Number DBP 44146461825.

Im waiting since the parcel has been send from the 27/02/2020 for my parcel...please tell what is happening..i have to make excuses for the late delivery of the parcel..POOR..

Pathetic service, dismal customer courtesy. For a parcel to have been at dispatching warehouse for over 72 hours and not apologise. I am sure you have done worst so this is just one of those normal incompetencies.

Bad service , do not order with Aramex

First they tell me my parcel will be here on monday and then after calling twice, being left hanging the first call after only getting through after calling 5 times. They tell me wednesday. I will never use aramax again

You say next day delivery but it is not true

Your service is relatively poor because for the last 2 weeks I've been waiting for my parcel up to date I have not received it

Very disappointed. Shipment is dormant now for more than 72 hours in Khobar Main Office.
