Terrible service! I was sent a parcel, supposedly from counter to door... I'm still waiting. The last known tracking info was that it was handled in Kimberly on the 21st Feb, past 9:00... It's now 13h45 on the 24th... Nothing yet!

Hi, thanks for the delivery but, you have to improve the delivery reports system, whenever the delivery man makes a delivery in their devices the click delivered, so at that moment it has to send me a notification on my number to show that my delivery was made. I understand you can track the parcel but also the notification will do so i can confirm the delivery with the person receiving. This my saying it as i witness a delivery man from a certain courier company arriving to the delivery place after a closing time then he dumped the parcel in the bin and ask a signature from a security guard it was so unfair to the person who paid for that delivery to be made in time.

Aramex is the bad courier please stop using it if you are just a person without money because you may loose your parcel,and they'll do nothing with it .I lost my parcel worth R2600 last year December I'm just a University student whose selling stuff. But whenever I call them they keep on telling me to wait 20 days . It's almost 3months now this is a fraudulent company starting from their CEO to their drivers

I order a package 12Feb 2020 today's date 21Feb 2020 still haven't received my package.

I'm so unhappy as i was advised the delivery takes 2 to 3 day. I've sent my parcel to suprise someone special hoping it will get to be delivered on Wed till now the parcel hasn't yet delivered so disappointed. I phoned the call center the lady that i spoke to just hang up on my ears. I'm so hoping that the parcel will get to the receiving tomorrow morning if not then will never recommend it to anyone n i will never use it again because there are lot of couriers with better service.

Poor service you started off well but now with many clients you don't care a parcel that was sent on the 12th of February hasn't reach the person in Kimberly... What is a point of using the service if my parcel has not reach destination since the 14 th last week and I do understand it was a weekend but what then happed yesterday and today ?

I have used Aramex several times and have never been disappointed. I have always received excellent service, when sending away a parcel and also when receiving a parcel.... Thank you for the excellent service..
