Took them 4 days to get my parcell from Pretoria to PE, apon my telephonic engagement with Aramex staff, not very help full nor could they provide me with an ETA for my package. Your App is the worste, it showed on Sat that my package was collected, it is now Tuesday and its still says the same....really really poor service...

Online tracking is good but information is useless! The telephone number is never answered, have waited over 10min on occasions with no answer - shocking.

So disappointed. Will never use Aramex again. Sent my parcel on the 16 January 2020 and it's not delivered to the location.

I had an awesome customer service experience. Delays kicked in with customs but why no try and adopt a similar process or system in place like DHL. Please research on how DHL handle their customs and clearing it is quicker and swifter process compared to other courier companies. Welldone though

I dropped the parcel on Monday and its Thursday its still roaming around and yet the tracker still shows tuesday.
