This service is doing good for me the tracking and collections keep it up and I have never experienced lost parcel

Still waiting for my parcel from the 5th

Bad service!! Parcel been put in Aramex box at Pick a pay Vryheid on SUNDAY 10th Jan, for delivering in Bloemfontein BUT parcel is still in process at Sandton Jhb, and NOT delivered, after 3 days!!!!! and Aramex promise on ads to deliver the next day. Why does it takes 4 days to deliver?????Absolutely bad service, wil NOT recommend to any person to use Aramex!!!!

I'm not happy with the shipment it takes too long and the customers service is very poor

I'm disappointed Parcel sent on 13/01 still unknown on track n trace! Called them..They cant trace it

Make claims of delivery without any package being delivered.

I've been using aramax for the passed few months or almost 1 year, I'm very happy with their service. Tracking is super easy. I just wish they can do personalized pickup and deliveries

I am not happy at all. Got contacted and was suppose to receive my parcel yesterday but I have not still now. So not happy!

Since yesterday my parcel was despatched for delivery i didn't get anything..poor service ever

Very impressed. Dropped off at Pnp in Ctn yesterday and it was delivered in Krugersdorp this morning. 2nd time I used this service with the same results.

Useless....sent an item on the 31 Dec 2019 to Darnall Kzn...It's the 14 Jan 2020 and it hasn't arrived and the staff at the sandton call center are clueless.!!!!!

Slow and clueless. Beyond belief in this day and age that a company this useless is in business. Avoid like the plague
